Welcome to Bina Kids. By using our services you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service

Bina Kids Sdn Bhd (SSM 202501054191) provides an AI parental guidance platform consisting of mobile apps, dashboards, and AI services for families.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Child profiles must be managed by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and exclude SST where applicable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass safety controls, or use Bina for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content are property of Bina Kids Sdn Bhd unless otherwise stated.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bina is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service to the extent permitted by Malaysian law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
